shipping

when your has been packed you will receive a shipping confirmation - this only means that the stamp was pasted or shipping label was created, not that it is in transit just yet. mail does tend to get lost or delayed, so i ask for your patience and cooperation but of course, reach out via contact email: contact@katherinekaras.com with order number.

stamped envelope shipping

stamped envelope mail is sent in a stamped(aka no tracking) envelope. cardboard backing is included in all orders. since this is not tracked mail, there is no guarantee of a refund for lost or damaged mail.

international

shipping to as many countries as possible. feel free to email me if your country is not available and I will do my best to accommodate. please be aware of your country’s custom charges which you will have to cover.

returns and exchanges

if you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing product please contact me via email.

print quality

prints and sticker sheets are printed and cut by Katherine in studio. i am only human so if there are any products that lack in top quality, please email me to let me know.

bookmarks are outsourced for printing from CatPrint in New York state.

if prints receive frequent direct sunlight the ink will bleach and the vibrancy will fade. if in a humid climate the prints may bow or bend.

bag charms and journal charms are handmade by Katherine, beads are sourced from various stores and range from glass beads to semi precious beads.
